We left for southern climates on October 30th, a little later than usual, but nonetheless we headed out in sunshine and experienced beautiful weather the entire drive down. We met up with Rich and Tina in Laughlin for a few days and then they carried on. We stayed on for a week. I had some luck playing Bingo, winning a total of $400 for the week.

By the 12th of the month we packed up for the next short leg of our journey. Met up again with Rich and Tina, as well as Deb and Wayne in Quartsite. We had lunch at Silly Al's Pizza the first night, could hardly wait to get there... it's the best pizza ANYWHERE!

We also tried out the Yatcht Club for dinner. Good food there too! It is funny to see a Yatcht Club in the middle of the desert~

We dry camped for a couple of nights, then moved into an RV Park in town. Crazy place.... at the Pitstop (the place to dump and fill) they wanted $15.00 to do that, but the RV park directly across the street was offering 3 nights (maximum) for $15.99/night. Helloooo..... a no brainer. We spent one more night in Quartsite.
