Here we sit at the front of the RV Park. I guess our position here is "Camp Host" or the "Meet and Greet Committee". We'll probably be up here until Phase III is sold. So far Phase I is sold out and they have begun the sales on Phase II.
We have two lots that will be ready soon, and probably won't be in use by us - so if you have an RV (or not) come on down to Greenwood. We'd love to have you here.

Here's an updated picture of our RV lot. Trees have been planted, parking pads are all in place. Still waiting for power!

Here's another angle.

And of course, this is what we'll be looking at.
Not so hard to take!!!!

We took a drive to try to find the ghost town of Phoenix, which is east of Greenwood and up the hill a long way - - We drove through the town site without even knowing it cause we ended up back at the highway, but along the way we saw beautiful scenery, like this creek and a black bear and a wild turkey. So it wasn't a complete waste - - actually, we had a nice drive. The weather got considerably colder as we climbed higher, there was even snow by the side of the road....

My daughter Tammy and my grandson Tristan came to visit for Mother's Day. Here is a shot of Tristan driving the 'mule'. The sprinkler was on watering the shrubs and bushes, creating nice big mud puddles. He had such fun - just roaring up the road (inside the park) and through the mud puddles.
Later, after washing the mule and putting it away, we took in a Dinner Theatre at the community hall here in Greenwood. It was called Bo Nanza and it was a spoof on the old western TV show Bonanza. It was excellent.

Things are moving along in the RV park. Here is a shot of Michel on the JD Tractor. There is still a lot to do, they are still a long way from finishing. We have hopes of being able to park on our lot by the end of May..... maybe mid June? In the mean time we keep busy.
Both Michel and myself have joined a pilates class. We go Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to noon. It's a good work out. I was surprised. It's all about stretching and breathing. Quite different than aerobics!!
